Attractions. Clean and comfortable, our suite offered a beautiful ocean view. One minor downside was the limited TV channels. We had a fantastic time and appreciated the friendly staff.

The rooms are big size and bright with a washer, dryer. A special thanks to excellent staff. The hotel offers comfortable location in the middle of jackson.

Reasonably spacious and exceptional room, everything was great. Excellent staff throughout our stay. Comfortable beds, central heating, flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven in the room. The views over city. Location adjacent to The American Village, other stores and many other restaurants, Family Mart/Lawson, and other stores.

Our room was spacious with great views, but plumbing issues were a big hassle.

Relaxing views and spacious rooms

The Premium Suite Condo was a good surprise! We enjoyed spaciousness, modern amenities, and amazing sea views. The rooftop pool was the perfect spot for fine sunsets.

The automated check-in process was quite confusing at first, and the staff seemed absent at times. A more personalized touch would have.

Family looking for space

The rooms are amazing, super spacious and comfortable, just right for my family. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, made it easy to whip up some meals while enjoying our vacation.

Aqua Palace Chatan By Coldio Premium was great! The Premium Suite Condo was spacious, with three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and lovely sea views. It was clean and beautifully modern, with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the bar next to it with a fantastic selection of drinks. The convenience of being close to American Village and nearby shops was an added bonus.

The TV had limited channels and none offered English options.

Absolutely loved the rooftop pool and those sunset views! And the location? Perfect for beach hopping. Who needs a TV in English anyway when I've got a washing machine? Just wish the staff understood the concept of an itemized receipt.

The room was so cool with two bathrooms! Imagine having one all to yourself! It made getting ready a breeze. the sea view from the balcony was killer. I felt like a movie star!

I wish they had more English TV channels. Just my preference!

Our stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had every amenity we needed, all in a prime location just a short walk to American Village. K, the bartender, was friendly, making our poolside experience even better.
